2.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use cair77. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. cair77 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to close any account where the Member is found to be under 21.
2.2 Residency. You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within Indonesia. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited at the national level beyond Indonesia's standard framework are not eligible to register.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. You must not be under any legal disability, guardianship order, or court-imposed restriction that would prevent you from entering into binding contracts.
2.4 Self-Exclusion Status. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through cair77's responsible gaming tools or pursuant to any other operator's exclusion scheme — at the time of registration or use.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You represent that all information provided at registration is true and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cair77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. cair77 shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your credentials where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.
3.4 Contact Details. You must keep your registered email address and mobile number current. Important account communications — including withdrawal confirmations, security alerts, and promotional notifications — are sent to your registered contact details. cair77 is not liable for missed communications arising from outdated contact information.
3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your cair77 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your account, login credentials, or any balance therein to any third party.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. All Members are required to complete cair77's Know Your Customer (KYC) process before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC may also be triggered at any time by our compliance team for ongoing monitoring purposes.

5.4 No Conversion Fees. cair77 does not charge any fee for standard deposit transactions. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility and may be deducted by the respective provider before funds reach the Platform.
5.5 Deposit Ownership. You warrant that all funds deposited into your cair77 account are legitimately yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
5.6 Failed or Reversed Deposits. cair77 is not responsible for deposits that fail due to errors at the sender's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is reversed by a payment provider after funds have been credited, cair77 reserves the right to debit the equivalent amount from your account balance or to close the account if the balance is insufficient.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are available to Members who have (a) completed KYC verification, (b) met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and (c) complied with all provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account dashboard and may vary by membership tier.
6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI) are processed within an average of three (3) minutes during standard WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are similarly expedited. Processing times may be extended during public holidays including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi due to reduced banking infrastructure availability.
6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the cair77 account. cair77 does not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties under any circumstances.
6.5 Withdrawal Fees. cair77 does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are outside cair77's control and will be borne by the Member.
6.6 Withdrawal Verification. cair77 may request additional verification for any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there is a material discrepancy between deposit and withdrawal patterns. The platform reserves the right to delay processing for up to five (5) business days pending such review.
6.7 Refused Withdrawals. Withdrawals may be refused or reversed where cair77 has reasonable grounds to believe that (a) the account is involved in fraudulent activity, (b) the funds are derived from bonus abuse, or (c) the Member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by cair77 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general bonus provisions. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before they can be converted into withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion's dedicated page.
7.3 Eligible Games. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting wagers typically contribute 100%. Live casino and slot contributions may vary. Togel and sabung ayam (cockfighting) bets may contribute at reduced rates as specified per promotion. Placing wagers on excluded game types will not advance wagering progress.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion — typically seven (7) to thirty (30) days from the date of bonus credit. Unmet requirements result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus balance.
7.5 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a Member's account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses will result in the later-claimed bonus being voided.
7.6 Abuse and Manipulation. cair77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy rollover requirements without genuine wagering intent, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or collusion with other Members. A determination of bonus abuse is made at cair77's sole discretion and is not subject to appeal.
7.7 No Cash Equivalent. Bonus funds have no cash equivalent until wagering requirements are fully satisfied. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or applied to methods other than eligible in-platform wagering.
8.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on cair77 are final once confirmed by the platform's system. Members should verify all bet details — selection, stake amount, and market — before confirming. cair77 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by a specific market's rules.
8.2 Market Settlement. Sports markets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, PT Liga Indonesia Baru for BRI Liga 1, the Badminton World Federation for international badminton). In the event of a discrepancy between on-platform scores and official results, the official governing-body result shall prevail.
8.3 Odds Errors. In the event that odds are displayed or accepted in error — including due to a technical fault or data feed issue — cair77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to the Member's account balance. This applies equally to pre-match and in-play markets.
8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are published on the relevant market and may vary by sport, league, market type, and membership tier. Bets placed below the minimum or above the maximum may be rejected or reduced at the platform's discretion.
8.5 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of three (3) selections. If one selection in a mix parlay is voided by the platform (e.g., due to a postponed match), the bet is recalculated as a parlay with the remaining valid selections. Full match abandonment rules are published in the sports betting section of the platform.
8.6 Live In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to the platform's ability to confirm the bet before the next material in-game event. cair77 operates a brief acceptance delay on in-play markets to mitigate latency-based arbitrage. Bets placed after a decisive event (goal, red card, set completion) but before the feed updates may be voided at cair77's discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cair77 Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 Ownership. All intellectual property on the cair77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, written content, graphics, and game interfaces supplied by licensed game studios — is owned by or licensed to cair77. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any intellectual property right in the Platform or its content.
10.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, recreational betting activities. Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, scraping, or commercial exploitation — is strictly prohibited.
10.3 Third-Party Studios. Game content is supplied by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. All trademarks and intellectual property in game content belong to their respective owners.

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting support or updating your account preferences.
12.1 Platform Availability. cair77 endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or Force Majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. cair77 shall not be liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities — arising from platform unavailability.
12.2 Betting Losses. All wagering on the Platform carries inherent financial risk. cair77 shall not be liable for any betting losses incurred by Members in the ordinary course of wagering. By using the Platform, you accept that gambling outcomes are uncertain and that losses are a foreseeable result of wagering activity.
12.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cair77's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their cair77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. cair77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profit, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if cair77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.5 Force Majeure. cair77 shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions and shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from a Force Majeure event. cair77 will use reasonable efforts to restore normal service as promptly as practicable following any such event.
13.1 Suspension by cair77. cair77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Member's account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or risk of harm to the Member or the Platform. During a suspension, access to account funds may be temporarily withheld pending investigation.
13.2 Termination by cair77. Following investigation, cair77 may permanently close an account where a material breach is confirmed. In such cases, cair77 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance to the extent permitted by applicable law and consistent with the nature of the breach (e.g., bonus abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts).
13.3 Voluntary Closure by Member. You may request closure of your cair77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within five (5) business days, subject to completed KYC. Accounts closed under self-exclusion are subject to the separate Responsible Gaming policy.
13.4 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your license to use the Platform terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 9, 10, 12, and 15 — shall continue in full force and effect.
14.1 Right to Amend. cair77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address an urgent security or operational concern.
14.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
14.3 Version History. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recently published version. Prior versions are available upon written request to our support team.
15.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cair77 holds its international gaming license. By accepting these terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. 15.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
